GA Food Stamps Balance
There are currently three options for checking the balance on your Georgia EBT card – call customer service, visit the EBT card website online, or check your last receipt.
Check the Georgia Food Stamps Balance Online
You can check the balance on your GA food stamps card online through the EBT card website. You need your User ID and password in order to do this.
GA Food Stamps Balance Check Website
The Georgia EBT card balance check website can be found at the Georgia Connect EBT website.
Click here to visit the Georgia Connect EBT website and check your GA Food Stamps balance.
Forgot Georgia EBT Account User ID

You are going to need your zip code, date of birth and card number in order to complete this task.
Forgot Georgia EBT Account Password
If you do not remember your password, click on the “Reset Password” link on the top left corner to get a new password.
Again, you will need your zip code, date of birth, and card number to create a new password.
Georgia EBT Create an Account
If you do not have online access, you need to create an account in order to be able to log in.
Click on the “Create User Account” link located on the left side of the Connect EBT homepage.
Follow the instructions provided on how to set up your account for online access. The image below shows you what the website looks like.
Call Georgia Food Stamps Balance Number
The other option is to call the Georgia EBT Customer Service number to get the balance information. You can call them at 1-888-421-3281 toll-free.
You will need your card information to be able to use this option, so be sure to have your food stamps card ready.
Check your last Receipt
The third option to check your balance is to look at your last transaction receipt.
Each time you use your card and are given a receipt, your balance will be shown at the bottom of the receipt. This is probably the best way to get balance information since it reflects the most current amount after all your purchases are taken out.
The image below shows you what that looks like. Since this is the best way to get the amount left on your food stamps card, we suggest that you keep your most recent receipt in a secure place so you can easily locate it.
