Feeding GA Families Christmas Gift Program
The nonprofit organization, Feeding GA Families is holding their annual Christmas Gift Program for 2019. Their program provides needy families with access to free Christmas gifts for children.

Simple Needs GA Christmas Assistance
Georgia nonprofit organization, Simple Needs GA offers assistance during the holiday season through their Spirit of Christmas program. Their Christmas assistance program aims to fill the gaps by helping families in Cobb County.
The Spirit of Christmas program helps low-income Georgia families that were unable to register for other local programs such as the MUST Toy Shop, Cobb Christmas and Toys for Tots.

North Fulton Community Charity Santa Shop Program
Nonprofit organization, North Fulton Community Charities (NFCC) provides toys and gifts to local children in need during the holidays. The NFCC Santa Shop is unique because parents are able to pick our unwrapped toys for their child’s holiday gifts.

Lift Up Atlanta Christmas Toy Giveaway
The nonprofit organization, Lift Up Atlanta has been helping low income families in the Atlanta community since 2011. Each year toys are given to near 1,000 needy children in the community from their Christmas Toy Drive.
Each child registered for the Christmas Toy Giveaway will receive:
- Children ages 0-12 will receive 3 to 5 new toys
- Children age 13 and over will receive a gift card(s)

In the Meantime Ministries Christmas Dinner
Throughout the year, In The Mean Time Ministries gives away more than 1.2 million pounds of food and serves more than 10,000 hot meals to the community. Their annual Christmas Dinner program provides a very special dinner including toys and Christmas baskets to the community.

Toys for Tots
Since 1947, the Marine Toys for Tots has been bringing the joy and hope of Christmas to America’s less fortunate children. In Georgia, there are several Toys for Tots programs that can help provide your child with a new gift this holiday.
How to Apply for Free Toys in Georgia
If you would like to receive free toys from Toys for Tots this Christmas, you must apply for the program. To apply for free toys, follow these steps:
- Visit the Georgia Toys for Tots website.
- Select the Georgia City or County where you live from the dropdown menu.
- Once you are on the County or City Toys for Tots page, click the red “Apply for Toys” button located at the top of the page.
- Follow the Application Instructions listed on the page to apply for toys.
The Empty Stocking Fund Christmas Toy Assistance
Since 1927, the Empty Stocking Fund has been helping Atlanta-metro families that need some extra help during the holiday season. Their goal is to empower parents and guardians living in poverty by providing them with the opportunity to give their children gifts at Christmas.
2019 Holiday Gift Distribution at Santa’s Village
Each holiday season, the Empty Stocking hosts Santa’s Village gift and toy warehouse. To be eligible for free Christmas toys at Santa’s Village, your child must be:
- Age 0-12 years old
- Living in the Atlanta-metro area
- Receiving any form of public assistance
If your child meets all of these requirements, they are eligible to receive free Christmas toys from the Empty Stocking Fund at Santa’s Village.
Santa’s Village Eligibility
To receive free toys, please bring proof of benefits and a photo ID with you to Santa’s Village. Insurance cards and SNAP/EBT cards are not acceptable proof of benefits.
You must provide official documentation with your child’s name and current dates of coverage. Any of the following programs are eligible:
- Medicaid / SNAP – Notice of Eligibility Decision
- SSI/Disability Income – Notice of Award
- Foster Care – Placement letter from DFCS / approved agency (one per child)
- Childcare and Parent Services – CAPS certificate (one per child)
The last day you can receive free Christmas toys is Saturday, December 21, 2019.
