In today’s post we are going to review some of the most frequently asked questions we receive from our readers regarding their My Compass Account. If you are not familiar the My Compass Account, My Compass is a website mandated by the Georgia Department of Human Services that provides a quick and easy way for people in Georgia to get answers to questions about health and human services. Georgia residents are able to sign up for a My Compass Account to determine their eligibility for benefits, apply for benefits, check on the status of their application, receive information regarding their current benefits schedule, report a change, renew benefits and request additional benefits. My Compass Account Help
Question #1: I don’t have a Compass account – how do I sign up for one?
In order to access benefit information, you must sign up for a Compass account. Signing up is easy and requires minimal information. You’ll need your Social Security Number, Birth Date, Client ID or Case Number. For more information about how to sign up for an account, read our post about My Compass Login.
Question #2: I lost my Compass login information – User ID & Password. What do I do?
Not to worry – we get this question a lot and it’s an easy fix. On the My Compass login page, there are two links – one to recover your User ID and another to reset your Password. If you have forgotten both your User ID and Password, then you will want to recover the User ID first because you will need that information to reset your Password. Question #3: I need help renewing my benefits – where can I find the renewal form?
If you need to renew your benefits, you can do this inside of your My Compass account. You must first log into your My Compass account to start the renewal process. If you need help logging in, check out our link in Question #1. To download the application, click here.
Question #4: I can’t get into My Compass Account, can you help me?

Question #5: I moved in with a family member – how do I update my address?
You can report a change regarding your living situation inside your My Compass account. To log in, go to the My Compass website. If you need additional help, please call a Community Partner at 1-877-423-4746.

I can’t log in on my compass account I forgot my log in but I know my password. I need to renew my foodstamp.

Your can retrieve your Compass User ID by clicking the link below the login. You will be asked to provide the correct answers to a series of security questions you had set during account creation. This is required in order to retrieve your User ID. For more help, check out our article on retrieving your User ID here.

I’m trying to help my brother reapply for Food Stamps. It indicates I need to change the password. When I follow the steps it comes to a Secret Question.. I don’t know how I entered the Elementary School and tried everything since it is case sensitive.

I was approved in august. I have yet to recieve an ebt card. I have called every 8000 888 877 and otherwise. It is October23rd. My benefit period will be expired by the time i get an ebt card. Help…..

My password is expired and it is prompting me to “click the link below to update your password” but there is no link below. I clicked the forgot password and changed my password but its still telling me even with the new one it is expired
