Your Client ID is found in your Georgia Gateway portal.

For SSI Medicaid participants your Client ID will be a 12-digit number with your Date of Birth and last 4 of your Social Security Number (MMDDYYYY + Last 4 of SSN).

For example, if your Date of Birth is September 2, 1960 and the last 4 of your SSN is 1234 then you’ll enter 090219601234 into the Client ID field.
