Georgia households that qualify for the AT&T low-cost internet program must be participating in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and receiving food stamp benefits or be enrolled in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) or Head Start Program.

Who qualifies for Comcast low-cost internet?

To be eligible for low-cost home internet service through Comcast, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Must be eligible for public assistance programs such as the National School Lunch Program, Housing Assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, SSI and others.
  2. Live in an area where Comcast Internet service is available.
  3. Are not an existing Xfinity Internet customer and have not subscribed to Comcast Internet within the last 90 days.
  4. Have no outstanding debt to Comcast that is less than one year old. Households with outstanding debt more than one year old may still be eligible.*

*Due to the Coronavirus emergency, households with outstanding debt owed to Comcast may be eligible for Internet Essentials. They are waiving this qualification if you apply and are approved by 12/31/20. After 12/31/20, standard eligibility rules apply.
