In that article, we also talked about the many benefits of shopping with your EBT card at a farmers market versus your local grocery store. One of the key benefits of a farmers market is that you get to buy produce that are in season. Of course, knowing what produce are in season helps. We can help.
Below is a list of fruits and vegetables and when they are in season. The list is divided into Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.
Note that the list is not meant to be exhaustive but we choose the most common fruits and vegetables people typically buy at a farmers market.
