The Common Point of Access to Social Services (Compass) website is a quick and easy way for people in Georgia to get answers to questions about health and human services. On the Compass website a Georgia resident is able to complete any of the following actions:
- Determine Eligibility for Benefits – Food Stamp benefits, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, Medicaid, Child Care, PeachCare for Kids, WIC, Energy Assistance, Food Assistance, Child Support Services, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Community Services Block Grant Funds, Aging Services or Housing Assistance.
- Apply for Benefits – Food Stamp benefits, Medicaid, Child Care and Parent Services and/or PeachCare for Kids.
- Check on the Status of an Application – Application check is available between the hours of 7am-7pm EST.
- Access My Compass Account Information – View information about your benefits schedule and disbursements, renew your benefits or report a change

GA Compass User ID & Password Reset
Step #1: The first step when recovering your lost or misplaced Compass information is to determine what you need in order to log in. If you have forgotten both User ID and Password, then please follow all the steps below. You will have to recover your User ID before resetting your Password because you will need your User ID in order to complete the Password reset. If you know your User ID and only need to reset your Password, then skip to step #5.
Step #3: Once on the Login page, click the Forgot your User ID link below the fields to enter your login information.
Step #4: Enter your Click ID Number (Food Stamps, Medicaid, TANF) or your Child Care Case Number, as well as your Date of Birth. Once all information has been entered, click continue and follow the steps for retrieving your User ID.
Step #6: Enter your User ID and click Continue. Proceed by following the provided steps for resetting your Password.
